Who does not know the most prestigious international tournament in the world, the FIFA World Cup? The World Cup is an international soccerl competition contested by the senior men’s national teams of the members of the Federation Internationale de Soccerl Association (FIFA).

World Cup History
The soccerl cup that is contested between countries around the world is called the World Cup. Quoted from the official FIFA website, the first World Cup matches were competed in 1930 or since 91 years ago.
This championship took place in Uruguay from 13 to 30 July 1930. Uruguay was chosen by FIFA as the first host because they had successfully defended their soccerl title at the 1928 Summer Olympics.
Participants from the 1930 World Cup consisted of only 13 countries from America and Europe. Even so, the rapid development of the world of soccerl has caused more and more countries to participate in this event. Until now, each country has to take part in the qualifying rounds for each continent to be able to win a place in the World Cup.
2022 FIFA World Cup Participants
2022 World cup will be held in Qatar. After going through several matches in the qualifying round, finally the countries that passed in the round were also entitled to participate in the 2022 World Cup. According to wikipedia, for each World Cup, FIFA decides the number of places in the finals allocated to each of the zones, based on the numbers and relative strengths of the confederations’ teams.
As a courtesy, the host receives an automatic berth selection, as has happened with the immediate past tournament winner during much of the competition’s history. All other finalists are determined on a standalone qualifying round achievement without regard to previous achievements. Of the many countries in the world, the following are the teams soccer picks and parlays that have passed the qualifying round from their Continent Qualification and are registered as World Cup participants.
1. Continent of Asia (AFC) (6 teams)
From the qualifications of the Asian continent, 6 countries have been selected as representatives, they are Qatar, Australia, Iran, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea.
For Australia, even though it is a continent itself, they must follow the qualifications for the Asian region. Considering that Australia is the only country on the Australian continent itself, FIFA has also set a rule that Australia must qualify with the Asian continent.
2. Continent of Africa (CAF) (5 teams)
Representatives from the African continent who have passed the qualifying round are Cameroon, Ghana, Morocco, Senegal, and Tunisia.
3. Central and North America (CONCACAF) (4 teams)
Canada, Mexico, United States and Costa Rica.
4. South America (Conmebol) (4 teams)
Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador and Uruguay
5. Europe (UEFA) (13 teams)
Croatia, Belgium, Denmark, France, England, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Switzerland, Spain, and Wales
With a total of 32 teams (countries) participating in the 2022 World Cup, they will be divided into 8 groups. Where later, the winners and runners-up from each group will enter the round of 16 and the knockout system begins. Each country that wins in this knockout round will advance to the next round until the final 2 countries are determined to compete in the final round and become the tournament champion.
